Never received my order

I ordered early March and never received my order. I emailed with no response from Fresh Yeti, and I call their number it rings and then hangs up.

Used to be great, now abysmal

Placed an order in April, no shipment, no response to emails, no one answers the phone. Unsure what to do besides call my bank and have them refuse the charge at this point. Have never had this happen with any company - borderline criminal?

Also order in early January and nothing has shipped. They don’t return emails or phone calls. Really bad service.

It seems I might be having the same issue as Richard waiting on my order to be shipped I order on Feb 6 and still nothing I check their status and it has not been shipped out I tried calling them numerous times and the phone is just constantly busy
